What I collect
When you send a request from this site I collect what you write in the form: your name, your phone number, the night you are interested in, the venue, how many of you there are, the occasion and any notes you add. Nothing else: I do not ask for your address, your card or your date of birth.
If you open a client account I also collect your email and a password, which is never stored in readable form.
Why I do it
To answer you and set up the night you asked for. Without a number I cannot call you back, which is why it is the only field you cannot skip.
I use the number for that request. I do not pass it on, I do not sell it, and I do not send you marketing unless you ask for it by opening a client account.
If I then write to you on WhatsApp, that conversation lives inside WhatsApp and follows WhatsApp rules, not mine.
For how long
I keep requests for twelve months, then they are deleted automatically. If you have a client account, it stays until you ask me to close it.
Who else sees them
No other PR, no venue, no agency. Technically they pass through two suppliers that keep the site running:
- Vercel, which hosts the site, serves it from its computers in Europe and counts how many times each page is opened. That count uses no cookies and contains nothing that leads back to you.
- Neon, where the record of requests is kept, in Europe.
- If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation goes through Meta.
What you can ask me
At any time, and without having to explain why, you can ask me to:
- show you what data I hold about you
- correct it, if I wrote something wrong
- delete all of it
- stop using it
